What is yeast infection and why should I choose Pevaryl®?

Yeast and filamentous fungi are two types of fungi, which can cause fungal infections of the skin, mucous membranes and nails. Yeast is always present in all of us. It is when they suddenly multiply rapidly that trouble can occur. Reasons for this can be when the normal bacterial flora is disturbed, for example due to illness or antibiotic treatment.

Pevaryl was patented in 1968 and has been on the market since the 70’s. Pevaryl is still used around the world to treat fungal infections over most of the body.
